Fully automated and integrated molecular diagnostic platform for the detection of TB/MDR, NTM, HPV, STI, respiratory pathogens, etc.
Based on the principle of real-time PCR detection, the product is used together with dedicated testing reagents for clinical qualitative detection of target nucleic acids (DNA / RNA) from human samples, including pathogens and human genes.
In the process of sample detection, the system will perform in the following steps:
lNucleic acid extraction with magnetic beads;
lTransfer the extracted and purified nucleic acid sample and sealant to the testing kit;
lStart the real-time PCR detection.
A wide range of diagnostic tests can be run on Sanity 2.0 System, including tuberculosis (TB/MDR), NTM, respiratory pathogen panels (RPP), HPV, STI, etc.
Features:
1.Capability of single-tube multi-target detection: Empowered by patented MMCA® technology, Sanity 2.0 System is able to detect up to 72 targets in ONE reaction tube.
2.Built-in touchscreen and printer: Results can be printed out directly once complete the run.
3.Sample in, result out: Simple operation with less than 5-minute of hands-on time.
4.UV decontamination: UV lamp with a set timer to minimize the risk of contamination.
5.Pre-loaded reagents for easy handling: The unique design of reagent cartridges is suitable for fast-paced clinical labs.
6.Small footprint: Just 26 cm of bench space is needed
