The product is composed of nucleic acid purification system, PCR amplification and analysis system, optical sensor, power supply component, metal module component, shell component and software (version V1). The nucleic acid purification system is composed of magnetic adsorption component, mechanical arm component, pipette device and heating module. The PCR amplification analysis system is composed of control unit, fluorescence detection unit and heating module.
Compared with the traditional real-time fluorescent PCR instrument, this product showed high sensitivity and specificity, as well as not limited to the activity of biological materials, by designation of highly integrated NAP-Fluo Tube for single use and all other elements needed for detection that enables hands-off operation from sample to result. Usually, the results can be obtained in about an hour, even for multiple detection.
NAP-Fluo is based on the principle of magnetic bead method to extract nucleic acid and fluorescence polymerase chain reaction. It can be used together with supporting detection reagents to conduct qualitative detection of target nucleic acid from human samples in clinical practice, including the source of disease and other items.
