PRODUCT NAME: NEEDLE RETRACTABLE SAFETY SYRINGE WITH NEEDLE

CONSTRUCTION &COMPOSITION 
• This product is made up of barrel, plunger, piston, retraction part, seal ring, needle tube, needle holder and protective cap.
SPECIFICATION:
• Syringe size: 0.05ml, 0.1ml, 0.2ml, 0.3ml, 0.4ml, 0.5ml, 1ml, 2ml, 2.5ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml.
• Needle size: 30G, 29G, 28G, 27G, 26G, 25G, 24G, 23G, 22G, 21G, 20G, 19G, 18G.

INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Needle retractable safety syringe is suitable for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. For the patients who can’t administering oral medications but can achieve therapeutic effect by injecting medicament.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Take out syringe from Box, check the integrity of the package, Peel-open the primary package, fix the needle, remove the protective cap and check the integrity of syringe.
2. Pull the plunger to check whether the sliding performance of the syringe meets the puncture and injection requirement; Insert the needle into the medicine vial, inject same amount of pressure.(Do not push the plunger pass the “Warning” line during this procedure.)
3. Draw up medication into the barrel, expel the air bubbles. (Picture 1)
4. Give injection using aseptic techniques, fully depress the plunger to complete the injection, and the safety mechanism will be activated. (Picture 2)
5. Remove the syringe from the patient, use your thumb press the flange backward, needle be retracted and then pull the plunger back until needle tube fully be retracted into the end of barrel. (Picture 3)
6. Once the needle has been retracted into barrel, snap the plunger along the incision. The needle is now protected and the syringe can not be reused. Dispose of the syringe in the relative waste sharps container. (Picture 4)

Comply with the 8th category of ISO14644.1.
