Nano-8000 micro-spectrophotometer is a new multi-functional full-wavelength icro-spectrophotometer, which mainly includes functions such as absorbance detection of micro samples, single-tube fluorescence detection, and OD600 detection.
The instrument supports to detect 8 samples in one run and is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, allowing for quick viewing of results without the need to connect to a computer.
Nucleic acid detection only requires a sample size of 1~2 μL, and is equipped with the cuvette mode to measure the concentration of bacteria and other culture media. In addition, the instrument has a built-in fluorescence detection mode, paired with a fluorescence quantitative analysis kit, which can accurately quantify DNA, RNA, and protein concentrations through the specific binding of fluorochrome with target material, and the minimum limit can reach 0.5 pg/μL (dsDNA).
