  3. Quick identification and excluding for sensitive and suspected personnel in frontier defense, police station and other grassroot units
Product introduction:
The instrument adopts micro-fluidic technology, integrates nucleic acid extraction, amplification and test, conducts test process fully automatically. The built-in supporting DNA typing software can conduct data analysis and complete whole process from extracting specimen to obtaining DNA typing data within 2.5 hours. The instrument can be used cooperatively with field investigation vehicle or other police equipment.
Multiple reagent modules are optional
  1. DNA TyperTM19 kit: amplify 19 loci in one single PCR amplification reaction
  2. DNA TyperTM21 kit: includes 20 CODIS core sites and can be used for individual identification
  3. DNA TyperTM24 kit: five-dye fluorescence can test 23 Y-STR loci and 1 sex-determining marker Amelogenin
  4. DNA TyperTM25 kit: five-dye fluorescence can test 22 non-CODIS loci, 1 CODIS locus D18S51, 1 Y-STR locus DYS391 and 1 sex-determining marker Amelogenin
  5. DNA TyperTM26 kit: amplify 26 Y-STRs in one single PCR amplification reaction
